You could use RWS Trados Studio's Multiterm Termbase in MS Word.
-or the same contents with MS Excel format also.
1. Set up "Add-Ins"
and
2. Select Term file
3. Click proper place in the document.
It does not have "Editing functionality"
so, you have to deal with Excel or MultiTerm directly.
It reflects changes in real time after you save it, for sure.
Highlighting color itself is not a big deal at all (currently), it is a word count of it.
This is a free Trial version of MS Office Add-Ins (MS Word).
So, it has limitation of 50 clicks in each session of MS Word.
You have to have install it
(and have to configure ribbon in general to display it, "Trust Center Settings" also for your security, if you are a first time user).
Tested Environments:
Win 8.1
MS Office 2013
Enjoy !!!!
(Click "Help" icon and close it, then you could use this Add-In as a Paid user)

Tested on Win Server 2019 + MS Office 2019.
ReplyDeleteIt works. Thank you!
Thanks for successful working note in different Environment.
DeleteIs there any way to extend/bypass the 50-click limit? Not only it counts every click but any keystroke as well, which makes its use very limited.
DeleteThanks!

I might be interested in the fulll, paid version. Please let me know how to proceed.
