How to search/move parentheses around Tag to place them before/after the Tag?

I have tried to take out parentheses from Bold Tag pair.

It changes all of them in a file (or in a SDL project) only with Click once.

the parenthesis marks were moved 
from inside TagPair to outside TagPar
two of them
