-makes a new Excel file if you do not have one
-adds a current(active) segment pair at the end of it
-opens it, so you can do some editing jobs (after that, you've to close it)
Add_line
-just adds an active segment pair at the end of it
open_File
-just opens it (after that, you've to close it)
open_Folder
-it is under your current project folder

Except, it does not have SDL signature.
I have tried to get SDL's sign but, SDL denied to sign my plugins.
SDL signs plugins exclusively to post their own place ONLY.
